World Cuisines Cont'd--Peruvian Food

This will be an extremely short entry because I completed this one a long time ago and can't even remember the name of the restaurant. Bah! The name of the dish I had was saltado de pollo. Saltado is a Peruvian stir fry with a spicy kick to it. And they put this particular one over a bed of french fries. Very yummy, actually.
