Hello everyone. Sorry it has been so long, haven't had a whole lot to report. BUT. I did eat Indonesian food, which was on my list of ethnic foods to try in my ongoing pursuit of completing the goal of trying every major ethnic cuisine. Indonesian food is really good! The dining experience itself was not as exciting as the Ethiopian food restaurant, but nonetheless, very yummy! The restaurant is in San Diego, and it is called Bali Thai ... is that a South Pacific reference? Bali Hai??? Anyway ... I had the ayam kalasan which is chicken marinated in cane sugar, coconut, and Indonesian spices. Mmmmm.
